To our IKE Customers and Community,
Like all businesses, we are continuing to monitor and respond to COVID-19. Our focus at IKE is on the health and well-being of our people, their families, and our communities. Our focus is also locked on your ongoing success.
This week all IKE employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home. Our business was designed to perform in this type of situation. Due to the cloud-based nature of our systems and delivery processes, this shift to remote working has been mostly smooth. Our people and products will continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and security, and we do not expect material impacts on project delivery at this time.
We’re also asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible, postponing many of our in-person activities – particularly those that require airline travel throughout the United States.
In response to this, we will this week begin to roll out some enhanced ways of communicating with you. This will be in the form of our customer extranet – as a single source where our IKE Analyze customers can be “in the know” with the various aspects of their pole projects. We call this the IKE Pulse. Additionally, through the ingenuity of our team, we are immediately standing up an online training & deployment program that will be available very soon.
We realize the COVID-19 out-break is changing the way many are doing business in the short term; however, we believe in the long run we can all emerge even stronger as we shape and refine our customer experience. In the middle of the pressures that COVID-19 is creating, the team at IKE is more unified than ever. It gives me tremendous pride to see our team, and our customers, rising by lifting others.
In the days and weeks to come, we will continue to communicate ongoing progress in the way we work and deliver.
